Jewellery & Product Quality

  1. Are all pieces made in genuine 925 Sterling Silver?

Each TALISMAN piece is handmade in Jaipur, India, and we pride ourselves for our authenticity and quality. All our jewellery including charms, rings, earrings and bracelets are made in 925 Sterling Silver. Our trademark logo is engrossed on every product to ensure it is easily identifiable.

  1. Will the silver or any stone colour get discoloured?

At TALISMAN, we consider every piece as a lifelong emotional investment. With relatively minimal effort, your pieces can be cleaned, well‐cared for and safely stored to last you a lifetime. Cleaning your Talisman jewellery is easy and can be done from the comfort of your home. Care should be taken to prevent silver from getting tarnished. Simply do so using a damp cloth, mild soap and water. Don’t forget to finish wiping it off with a polishing cloth. The best way to protect gemstones is preventive care. Try to avoid contact with face creams, lotions and other household chemicals. Use a lint-free cloth to wipe them clean from time to time. Learn more about jewellery care by clicking here.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. What is the estimated delivery date of my order?

We try to process your order as soon as we receive it but it might take us upto 48 hours to process and dispatch your order, once the order is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your order will be delivered within 4-6 business days. We will keep sending you details of your order on your registered phone number and email. You can also track the status of your order here. If your order takes longer, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the TALISMAN team via talktous@talismanworld.com. We will find a way to expedite your order!

  1. Is a Cash on Delivery (COD) option available? Or Can I pay online payment when the parcel arrives?

Yes, we do have a cash on delivery option available for orders up to INR 49,000 only. We also accept all leading credit and debit cards, which you can use to make a purchase via our secure payment gateway. Although, most of our delivery partners offer to collect COD payment via GPay/PhonePe - so you can request the delivery person to collect the payment via UPI.

  1. I am having trouble placing my order online via the portal. Can you help?

Uh-oh! We are sorry that you can’t transact online. Let one of our team members do it for you. Simply note down the product numbers you’d like to purchase and we will process it for you.

  1. My order hasn’t been delivered. How can I track my order?

Once you’ve successfully placed an order on our website, you will receive a mobile/e-mail confirmation with your tracking code. You can easily check the status of your order on your own by putting this tracking code here. Still can’t figure it out? Please send us an e-mail at talktous@talismanworld.com with your order number in the subject line and our team will track it down for you.

  1. My product is not yet delivered. The number given by the courier partner is not reachable. How to contact them?

We sincerely apologise for any delay in your order. Please reach out to us with your registered phone/email & order number at talktous@talismanworld.com and our team will escalate the matter to the delivery partner on your behalf.

  1. My order is unshipped, I would like to cancel my order.

Sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. You can easily cancel your order by reaching out to us at talktous@talismanworld.com and our team will take care of the rest. Just for feedback, please do let us know on the same email your reason for cancelling the order, this will help us improve in future.

  1. The order has been shipped, but I would like to cancel my order.

Sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. Please note that since your order has already been shipped, we would request you to please refuse the delivery of the product and the item will be sent back to us. Alternatively, you can write to us at talktous@talismanworld.com for the cancellation of your order and we will take care of it. If this is a prepaid order, we will initiate the refund once we receive the product back in our warehouse and checked for quality. Just for feedback, please do let us know on the same email your reason for cancelling the order, this will help us improve in future.

  1. I would like to know about your return policy.

We offer a 7-day return policy on all our products, for all unused and unworn items. If you are in any way not satisfied with the product, we will take it back from you for a full refund or an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, you can also write to us at talktous@talismanworld.com and we would be happy to help! The items must be returned in their original packing and should be unused. TALISMAN reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.

  1. How do I return a purchased product?

Sorry to hear that you would like to return the product. You can easily return your product by dropping us a mail at talktous@talismanworld.com, stating your reason for return along with the product images and we will arrange for a reverse pickup for you. Reverse pickup usually takes about 72 hrs and once it is done, we will initiate your refund once we have received the product in our warehouse and checked for quality. Please note that it may take about 12-14 working days for the entire reverse-refund process.

  1. Do you charge for delivery?

We offer FREE shipping on every order above INR 500 within India. We will charge INR 50 as shipping charges, in case your order value is below INR 500.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally, but we only ship to India for free. We can ship to your location if you are okay to bear the cost of shipping. Please write to us at talktous@talismanworld.com if you would like for us to ship the products to you outside India. The processing and shipping time for the products will be 3-4 days and transit time would be around 15-20 days depending on the country of delivery.

  1. I need to receive my order by a specific date. Can you help me?

We understand that you might have purchased the jewellery as a gift or would like to receive it by a specific date. Please note that we will try our best to deliver your order in time and expedite the entire process but in some cases there might be some delays. We will definitely try to attempt the delivery on a specific day as requested by you on a best effort basis, but these are not assured services. We would request you to please place the order and instantly send an email to talktous@talismanworld.com with your order number and expected delivery date.

  1. I’ve submitted the wrong order. Can I change it?

Don’t panic – simply get in touch with our team via talktous@talismanworld.com and we will change it for you.

  1. I need to change the delivery address. How can I do that?

If your order has not yet been picked up from our warehouse, we can definitely change your delivery address. Just reach out to us on talktous@talismanworld.com and we will do our best to help! If the order has already been dispatched, there is very little we can do to update the address. You can still write to us on the same email address and we will figure out a way. Alternatively, if we have already shipped your order, we will call back the order and send you a new package from our side.

  1. How can I update the address after the order is already dispatched?

Once the order is shipped, changing the address might not be possible. In this case, we would request you to take delivery at the initial address. If that is not possible, you can write to us on talktous@talismanworld.com and we will do our best to help!

  1. Can you do something for a speedy delivery?

Most of our orders are air-shipped – so you don’t have to worry about timely delivery. But if you still require expedited shipping for some reason, let us know and we will try our best to dispatch the order as early as possible.

  1. Will you call me on my number while delivering?

We work with all leading delivery partners and most of them will usually give you a call before delivering the order. However, this is not something that we can vouch for, since there are third party delivery agents involved.

  1. I received an empty box. What to do?

Sorry to hear that you have received an empty box. The chances of this happening are very minimal but this can happen either on account of tampering by the delivery personnel or an operations error at our end. Regardless, in case if you have received an empty box, please reach out to us ASAP at talktous@talismanworld.com with the images of the box and your order number and we will ship out a replacement to you from our side. You don’t have to worry about anything, we’ll ensure that your order is safely shipped back to you.

  1. I am out of station currently, is it possible to receive the product when I come back to my house?

If you order is not yet shipped, we can hold on to your order. Please send us an e-mail on when you would like us to ship it and we will ship it accordingly. Otherwise, if the order is already in transit, we would try to request the delivery partner to hold it for you for a few days and reattempt the delivery once you are available, however, please note this is not an assured service. Alternatively, you can ask your neighbour/security to keep the parcel on your behalf.

  1. My order was cancelled for some reason but I didn’t cancel it. I want to purchase the product. What can I do?

Sorry to hear that your order was cancelled without your intent. For all COD orders and orders that miss some critical information, we reach out to the customers to get a confirmation/update so that we can ship their orders in time. In case we do not hear back from you for 7 days, we might cancel your order. But if you would still like to receive your order, please let us know and we will recreate and ship out your order again.

Coupon code and discounts

  1. The coupon code I have is not working. What should I do?

Sorry to hear that your coupon code is not working. Please note all our coupon codes are case sensitive, so please make sure that there are no typos while entering the code. It is also possible that the coupon code is old and might have expired, in which case, we request you to reach out to us with a picture of the code, and we will do our best to help!

  1. Can you offer me a custom discount code or any special code during any X occasion?

We understand that you are looking for the best deal but we don’t do any special or custom discount codes. We do sometimes run different discount codes for different occasions/festivals which are all available on our website.   1. I'm interested in this product. How should I purchase it?

You can buy the products online directly from our website: https://www.talismanworld.com/ or find us on any marketplace like Myntra, AJIO, Tata Cliq, Shop Disney etc.

  1. What is the size of the rings available?

Most of our rings are adjustable, so they are free sized! Some of our rings are not adjustable and would require the size to be mentioned, but don’t worry we have the best ring size chart that can help you find the perfect ring size for yourself.   1. I am not sure about the size of my bracelet? What’s the best option?

If you can't determine your bracelet size for any reason, don't worry because we've got you covered! Our bracelet collection features an adjustable bracelet option with extra links so that you can increase or decrease the size as you please.   1. Is there any way to personalize my bracelet?

In addition to creating unique charm combinations, we offer two personalization features: ‘Design your name’ and ‘Create a style’. These highly-interactive elements put you in complete control of your bracelet design. Go on, give it a try!

  1. Can I combine multiple charms in one bracelet?

Yes, absolutely! The beauty of our bracelets is that they can be worn solo or with a combination of charms. You can personalize them as much or as little as you want. Our personalized bracelets look the best when they are stacked with a combination of 3-4 charms.

  1. I want to buy a matching pendant, ring and earring set?

  1. Can I please have the pictures of the products before I place an order?

Sure, please reach out to our team with details of the product you are interested in and we will share the jewellery pictures with you

  1. Could you please add a note while delivering the parcel. I forgot to mention while ordering.

We understand that you may have forgotten to mention about a note in the comments section at the time of placing the order. We would request you to please reach out to our team at talktous@talismanworld.com and we will do our best to help. However, please note that this is not an assured service, once the order has been placed without a mention of the note, there is a possibility that we might not be able to place the note despite you informing us before shipping, however, we will try our best and will inform you about the same.

  1. Is there any sale or offer going on at the moment?

All of our existing offers and promotions are always visible on our website. You may also reach out to our team to check if any offers or deals are running at this time. Additionally, we recommend that you subscribe to our mailing list to stay updated about all new offers, promotions and best deals.

  1. Can you please check if my order is confirmed or not?

All prepaid orders are confirmed by default and for all COD orders, our team will reach out to you for confirmation via call/sms/email/whatsapp and once you have confirmed, then only we will ship out your order. In case if there is any issue because of which we are unable to ship out your order, we will reach out to you asap on how to proceed further.

Returns related

  1. Is it possible to return an order placed on marketplaces and other third party websites?

Any TALISMAN product ordered on any marketplace like Myntra, Tata Cliq etc. or any third party websites, is invalid for exchanges, returns or refunds from TALISMAN. If you have placed an order from any marketplace or third party websites, we request you to reach out the concerned marketplace team for details on their exchange, return window and policies.

  1. I need to exchange my product as it is broken.

Sorry to hear that the product received is damaged. Please drop us an email at talktous@talismanworld.com with images of the product and we will help arrange a replacement for you.

  1. I returned my product, when will I get the replacement.

In case you have opted for replacement, your replacement product gets shipped out as soon as the initial order is received in our warehouse and checked for quality. Delivery of replacement may take about 5-7 working days from the date of the reverse pick up of the initial item. Once the new order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking code for your order on your registered mobile/email. You can easily check the status of your order on your own by putting this tracking code here. The complete return-reverse process takes about 12-14 days.

  1. I returned my product but did not get refund. What should I do?

Sorry to hear that you have not received your refund as yet. Please note that we initiate refunds within 48 hrs after the return package is received in our warehouse and checked for quality. Once the refund is initiated, it should hit your bank account/payment source in 6-7 working days. If it doesn’t happen, please reach out to us and we will escalate this matter to our bank/gateway partners.

  1. Will I get a call when the return person comes to collect the parcel?

We work with all leading delivery partners for our shipments and returns. Most delivery agents will give you a call before delivering your order or coming for pickup of your return. It might take upto 48 hours for the return pickup to be arranged.

  1. Do I need to pack the product in a box?

We strongly recommend that you keep the jewellery in its original packaging and keep the box safe for the duration of the return window. Please return the jewellery in its original box as the jewellery is precious and delicate and is likely to get damaged without a box. Any damaged product received will not be eligible for refunds or replacement.
